Bike cleaning and preparation
Wash the bike clean of dirt and remove the stickers. You'll need a size 4 Allen key and a size 14 spanner wrench. We've included everything you need with your bike.

Disassembling the handlebars
Loosen the four screws on the stem that hold the handlebars counterclockwise. Remove the front part of the stem, fold the handlebars down and put the front part of the stem back on.

Mounting of the handlebar clamp
Secure it in place with 4 screws to prevent parts from being lost during transport.

Turning the stem the other way around
Turn the stem the other way round = backwards by 90 degrees.

Wrapping in protective foil
Return the original packaging material to the bicycle to prevent damage to the bicycle during transport. The bubble wrap belongs to the seat and the insulating tubes to the frame and stem. Put the pedals, wheel axle caps and the tools that came with the bike into the bag and fasten it together with the handlebars to the upper frame tube of the bike with the included elastic band. Place the transport caps on the wheel axles.

Putting in a box
Put the bike in the box, seal the box and cancel your order in your profile or contact us and we will help you cancel it. We will order for you and send a courier to pick up the packed bike.
